La compañía Asfaltia S.L., líder en su sector, muestra su compromiso con la implementación de nuevas tecnologías que le permitan asegurar la mayor calidad final en todos sus proyectos de pavimentación. Este compromiso lo ha reflejado, sin duda, al instalar el sistema de Pavimentación Inteligente MOBA Pave-Ir en sus extendedoras de asfalto.

Esta implementación permitirá a Asfaltia garantizar y documentar la calidad, potenciar y agilizar las dinámicas de trabajo diario aumentando la productividad, así como gestionar desde la propia oficina técnica, a través de la solución en la nube MOBA Cloud, todos los datos registrados durante el extendido. Estos datos se cargan en tiempo real y pueden ser analizados con el software Pave Project Manager que se suministra junto al sistema, lo que garantiza un flujo de trabajo perfecto entre la oficina técnica y la obra. Pave Project Manager permitirá a los técnicos, jefes de obra, jefes de producción y en general a todos los actores implicados en los proyectos de pavimentación, realizar un análisis en profundidad de todos los procesos. Posteriormente se pueden generar informes del proyecto para guardar un registro, mostrar los resultados de calidad obtenidos y por supuesto, optimizar y mejorar los procesos en futuros proyectos.

Gracias a esta inversión y a las características únicas que ofrece el sistema MOBA Pave-Ir, ahora es posible desarrollar una nueva arquitectura organizativa, cuya agilidad, flexibilidad y dinamismo pueda potenciar un crecimiento aún mayor si cabe de la compañía.

The company Asfaltia S.L., leader in its sector, shows its compromise with the implementation of new technologies that allow it to ensure the highest final quality in all its paving projects. This compromise is undoubtedly reflected in the installation of the Intelligent Paving system MOBA Pave-Ir in its asphalt pavers.

This implementation will allow Asfaltia to guarantee and document quality, improve and streamline daily work dynamics and increase productivity, as well as manage all the data recorded during paving from the technical office through the MOBA Cloud solution.

This data is uploaded in real time and can be analysed with the Pave Project Manager software supplied with the system, ensuring a perfect workflow between the technical office and the job site. Pave Project Manager will allow technicians, site managers, production managers and in general all the actors involved in paving projects to carry out an in-depth analysis of all the processes. Subsequently, project reports can be generated to keep a record, show the quality results obtained and, of course, optimise and improve processes in future projects.

Thanks to this investment and the unique features offered by the MOBA Pave-Ir system, it is now possible to develop a new organisational architecture, whose agility, flexibility and dynamism can drive the company's growth even further.
